The MTS Star performer is awarded for excellence to the individual who has achieved and displayed a level of stagecraft, confidence, resilience, consistency and always striving to improve.

They are acknowledged for their personal achievements, attitude, presentation, commitment and contribution to the studio community.

It comes with the responsibility and title as a Studio Ambassador and representative at our events, featured artist and role model to peers.

Scholarship of 50% tuition fee

Senior, Intermediate, Young & Junior Rising Star MTS Rising Star performers are awarded for recognition for personal achievement (including potential and improvement), attitude, presentation, commitment and contribution to the studio community.

Rising Star Performers are Studio Representatives, featured artists and role models to peers.

Recognition

5 year & 10 Year Committed Performers who continue their passion for performance with the MTS program are rewarded with a Committed Performer Award.

1st Year Pin to commemorate Performers who complete their first Studio year, receive their pin to wear with pride and sense of belonging to our community.

Junior, Intermediate & Senior MTS Production Awards are a celebration of many weeks of rehearsal, practice and focus.

The Production Team acknowledges performers for their attitude and commitment to their performance and respect, generosity and consideration to peers and the studio community.

Performers who complete their secondary school studies to year 12 also complete their MTS journey. 

Graduating Performers are featured artists in our Masterclass course, acknowledged and presented at the MTS Award ceremony with a souvenir and certificate for their commitment to the program.

Mask Awards Encouragement certificates are awarded to students for their enthusiastic participation and contributions, attitude, presentation and attendance.

Presented at the end of each Semester.

Studio Assistants

This role provides performers with an excellent foundation for further teacher training and study.

All skills are transferrable into any workplace and provide students with excellent resume references.

The inclusion of leadership activities encourages studio assistants to take responsibility and empowers them to take care of others as leaders and role models.

Studio Assistants assist in practical lessons. This in-class experience helps consolidate their learning.

Whether performers are considering a career in performing arts teaching or otherwise, this role is great preparation for many aspects of life.
